My latest venture was to Mckinney Falls Park in south east Austin. Mckinney falls park began in 1970 from a private donation of land and is named after Thomas Mckinney, one of the original settlers of Austin back in 1850.

Bull Creek in Austin is absolutely one of my favorite parks in Austin hands down. It’s small but incredibly charming. I wish it were closer to my apartment but even the drive there was nice, winding through the cut out rock walls and the beginnings of hill country.

The weather in Austin, Texas in October is genuinely beautiful. So it’s the perfect day to head out to Zilker Park and botanical garden to enjoy a nice walk through the lovely and winding passageways.

My final stop in Spain is the lovely capital city of Madrid.
